Art Brunn The purpose of this study was twofold: First, to develop a series of recommended best practices for evaluating cooling water treatment performance, and Second, to develop a series of best practices to use when evaluating cooling water treatment suppliers. Ten people people representing eight companies were contacted by telephone. Cooling tower sizes varied from 2,000 gpm to well over 100,000 gpm.
