MTI Publications reserves the right to adjust specific shipping and handling charges as weight restrictions, custom restrictions, etc. may require. All rates are in US dollars. Rush shipments available. 1. Orders can only be shipped to street addresses. Post Office boxes cannot be used. 2. Delivery time in the US is two (2) to fourteen (14) business days. Canadian and International delivery times are seven (7) or more working days. Local customs restrictions may affect scheduled delivery times. 3. MTI Publications will endeavor to ship all orders within 48 hours of acceptance. The following order options apply for company purchase orders, checks, and credit cards. Payment must be made in US dollars, drawn on a US financial institution. • Check: Payable to MTI Publications • Credit Cards: Include name exactly as it appears on card, complete credit card number, card expiration date, and authorization signature. Credit Cards issued from countries other than USA will be verified prior to billing and shipping. Credit Cards on orders shipped to a location other than the billing address will be verified prior to billing and shipping. • Company Purchase Orders: Company purchase orders are accepted. ********************************************* RETURN POLICY Products received in damaged condition as a result of shipping or products received incorrectly as a result of processing error, may be returned. Please notify MTI Publications no later than 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international) after the shipping date. A restocking charge of 10% will be applied to all customer-requested returns. Prior to returning any product, it will be necessary to call MTI Publications at 304-522-0086. All items returned must be in a salable condition. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. All returns must be shipped prepaid. ********************************************** CLAIMS MTI Publications has the ability to track most shipments, both domestic and international. Claims will not be processed prior to receipt of tracking information (no more than 2 business days).
